1. Applicable model (version 8.0): Control card with WiFi hotspot name starting with "RHX" and marked with "8" and "#". Please download 6.0 software for other identification.
2. Android permission issue: Some phones must allow "WIFI permission" and "location permission" to be used normally;
Apple permission issue: Click on "Search" - "Ruihexin Plus" - Allow [WLAN] and [Local Network].
3. The control card is already connected but prompts "Connection failed" or "Not connected"
Solution: Turn off mobile data traffic or WiFi assistant and send it again later (reason: the control card cannot access the internet, and some mobile phone systems will automatically switch to using traffic).
4. Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, App Store, Google Play and other major mobile app stores can search for "Ruihexin" or "RHXPlus" to download and install.
